When I got out of the Marine Corps at El Toro Marine Air Base after awhile overseas in March of ’66, and was waiting for a bus at the gate to go to Reseda to get my car. One of those Vette’s pulled up to the traffic light. I gave the driver a peace sign and he returned it and smiled. I thought, ” One Day, I’m gonna get a Vette” Didn’t think it would be 50 years later though.
